RightPro was founded on a single frustration: the gap between what organisations need and what the market delivers. Systems that go live but nobody uses. Training that certifies but does not prepare. Consultants who recommend but do not implement.
We built RightPro to close those gaps — by combining enterprise technology delivery, operational consulting, and capability development into one organisation that knows how all three connect.
Our Story
We started with a question: what would it look like if the people building enterprise systems also trained the people who would use them?
The answer is RightPro. A professional services firm that delivers SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow implementations — and also operates BRIDGE, a virtual corporate immersion programme where graduates work inside SunEye Corp, our own fully operational virtual enterprise. And 9Pages, a structured process learning platform built on the same intellectual rigour we apply to every client engagement.
We are not a large consultancy that has added training as an afterthought. We are a focused firm where technology, consulting, and capability development are designed to reinforce each other — because that is how organisations actually improve.
What makes us different
Practitioners, not presenters.
Every engagement is led by people who have held the roles they are advising on — former SAP leads, Salesforce architects, HR directors, procurement heads. When we train someone to be a procurement analyst, the curriculum is written by a procurement practitioner with fifteen years of source-to-pay experience.
Our own proof of concept.
SunEye Corp is not a case study. It is a live, operating virtual enterprise we built and run ourselves — with ThirdEYE security cameras, BrightSUN solar energy, 17 departments, 168 SKUs, real vendors, and SAP S/4HANA running every transaction. If a client asks whether we understand enterprise operations, we can show them.
Structure as a discipline.
9Pages is the intellectual backbone of how we teach. Every business process — across 14 business units — is broken into the same 9 sections, at Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. This is not content for content's sake. It is a structured methodology for building process literacy at scale.
